Call For Exhibitors
Tree Exhibitor Application
We are excited to announce the 2026 ABS Learning Seminar "Bonsai in the Blue Ridge", which will take place from June 4-7, 2026, at the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville, NC. Space at the exhibition is limited, so we can only accommodate 50 bonsai displays. These trees will be chosen through a juried selection, so please submit your application by May 15, 2026. We will notify successful applicants by email.
Anyone may submit trees for consideration for the exhibition at no cost. If at least one tree is selected, the exhibitor pays a $50 exhibition fee, which covers all selected trees submitted by that exhibitor; there is no extra charge for additional selected trees from the same exhibitor.
**Exhibition Space Specifications**
- Each exhibitor will be provided with one 6-foot by 2.5-foot table.
- All elements of the display must fit within the provided table space.
- Backdrops and table coverings will be provided by the convention.
- Exhibitors are responsible for hanging any scrolls used in their display (no hanging hardware will be provided).
